Town voters decide the $5.0 million stormwater and road bond (Resolution 2026-03), along with Brevard’s Indian River Lagoon sales-tax renewal, the School Board’s 1-mill teacher-pay renewal, and three state amendments — including Amendment 3, which changes homestead exemptions. One candidate qualified for mayor and is listed as unopposed. Early voting runs October 19–31.

2,411 votes were cast for two commission seats (each voter could pick two), from one precinct. The winners’ margin over third place was 79 votes. The first charter question drew 1,195 votes; voters approved all 11 questions. The county posts the town’s votes, but not how many registered voters live in town, so a turnout rate isn’t shown (Docket #12).
1,304 votes were cast for mayor. The race was decided by 28 votes (666 to 638). 1,300 votes were cast for the commission seat.
Town elections are held in November, and in odd years they are the only thing on the ballot — so far fewer people vote than in a presidential year. These figures are shown for scale, not as a judgment. Candidate names are left out on purpose; the official results pages list them.
